Costumes, lights, music, DANCE!
Wednesday 17th June 7:30pm, was an evening to remember as it was the first EVER Dance Performance here at Harris Academy Beckenham. The stage hosted spectacular dance performances from the Dance BTEC students in contemporary and street dance pieces, Miss Blake and Miss James’ street dance crew performing two pieces; one of which they competed in the London Youth Games with, and the year 9 boys street crew who tutted, popped, locked and flipped their way across the stage. There were special performances from both the cheerleading and acrobatics clubs and stunning solos performed bravely by Poppy Watts and Miss Blake! It was not a night to be missed. Well done to every single student who performed and let the talent that has been unleashed continue to flourish for next year.
