Fantastic Open Mornings at Harris Academy Beckenham

We were delighted to welcome prospective students and their families to our recent Open Mornings.

The event provided parents and carers with an excellent opportunity to experience first-hand the warm, ambitious, and inclusive environment that makes our Academy such a special place to learn and grow. Visitors enjoyed an inspiring address from our Principal, who shared the Academy’s vision, values, and commitment to ensuring every student achieves their full potential.

Following the presentation, families were taken on guided tours of the Academy, where they had the chance to explore our excellent facilities, visit classrooms, and see our vibrant learning community in action. Throughout the morning, parents and carers spoke with members of staff and our student ambassadors, who were happy to answer questions about Academy life, learning opportunities, extracurricular activities, and their own experiences as students.

Our visitors commented on the welcoming atmosphere and the enthusiasm shown by both staff and students. The opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from those who are part of the Academy community helped families gain a genuine insight into what life at Harris Academy Beckenham is really like.
