Assessment For Learning
Regular informative assessment for learning
Student's work will be assessed each half term resulting in 6 reports a year to parents.
Reports will include up to date feedback on attainment, progress, celebrating achievement and sanctions as well as attendance. Additionally students will be awarded a CORE score which will help parents and students understand how learning can be improved.
Our Enterprise specialism will enhance the way students at the Academy work. They will be challenged to achieve highly, both academically and personally. Our approach to developing skills and attitudes to learning will be integrated across all subject areas through innovative and enterprising approaches to teaching and learning.
