Yr 12 Timetable

From Monday 20th April Year 12 students "live lessons" via Microsoft teams.

Each day, students will have one or two 'live' lessons. For details of how to log on please check the bottom of our Academy Closure page.

Students will be expected to log on to Microsoft Teams at 9am to complete any outstanding tasks set by their classroom teachers.

The morning lesson will begin at 10am.  You will be invited to this lesson via your Microsoft Teams calendar. For option subjects, you may find you are invited to two lessons, please join the subject based on your personal subject block.  Eg, do you do history in block A or block B?  This is your responsibility to make sure that you join the next lessons to avoid missing or duplicating lessons. During or after each lesson, you may be expected to submit a written task.

The afternoon lessons will begin at 1pm and follow the same structure.

In addition to the live lessons,  students also have 2-3 hours of their own revision to complete each day although the priority is the work set by their classroom teachers via MTeams. The Sixth Form team will also be emailing out weekly careers and UCAS tasks for students to complete.

Using OneDrive

As we complete more work online it becomes increasingly important we have a clear system for saving work to help you build up an evidence bank of what you have completed. It will also make finding work for revision or if it needs to be submitted via Teams much easier.

Key Points

Create a folder for each subject

Save work with the main title of the work, adding date and teacher’s name

Add sub folders for different topics and or teachers if necessary
