Strictly HABE! Our Very Own Tango Champion

At the weekend I travelled to Blackpool, the home of Ballroom Dancing, to compete in the 'UKA Medalist National Finals' for Ballroom and Latin Dancing. This was my second visit to Blackpool after competing in last years event. I danced in the 13 year old girls Bronze category, performing the Tango and the Jive. I'm really proud that I made the finals from my heats in both. I came 6th overall with my Jive in the Latin and won with my Tango in the Ballroom!  I have been dancing with JJ Dance Studios in Beckenham for 3 years and it's the first time that I have won such a big competition. I had a fantastic time competing in such an amazing event and I can't wait until next year!
