Remembrance Parade 2017 – A Poppy Supports The Armed Forces Community Past and Present

On a beautiful bright morning a selection of HABE students proudly joined this year’s Remembrance Parade to place a wreath of poppies at the War Memorial in Beckenham on Sunday 12th November.  We were the only local secondary school honoured to take part in the parade alongside members of the Scouting and Guides community, members of the police force, representatives from all the other emergency services and current service military personal and veterans.

Following the ceremony, our students were honoured to meet local dignitaries who had also attended.

The students who attended were:

Juan Llaudes-Scale

Lexie Taylor

Cara Aaarnes-Olsen

Josette Preston

Grace Simone

Simon Wallace

Isaac O’Hare

Francesca Sellen

Jayda Hatton

Amelia Keenan
