HABE Host Annual Floodlit Rugby Tournament

Beckenham RFC held host to HABE's third annual floodlit tournament.

There was a great turnout of parents and students from schools across the borough including; Langley Park, Edenham High School and Bishop Thomas Grant.

The HABE U13’s Rugby team were out in full strength with 22 boys taking part on the night. It was a close fought tournament with the most exciting match of course being, Harris Beckenham Vs Langley Park. The score was 5-5 with 3 minutes to go. Langley managed to sneak in one more try in the dying minutes. HABE finished runners up with some outstanding performances from Leo Ellis, Joe Barnes-Austin and Alex Le Conte, to name but a few. It was another great event with some fantastic Rugby on show from all the schools involved!
