Year 9 Through to Harris Cup Football Final!

After defeating Chobham academy 5-2, the year 9’s have booked a place in the Federation cup final. Following a cagey opening Shakru Lumu scored his 21st goal of the season to put Beckenham ahead. Two quick goals from Chobham saw the boys pegged back 2-1, it was then the team found an extra gear with the emergence of Dean Osman from the substitute bench and scored 4 goals in the second half. After an exceptional performance the boys were duly rewarded with a victory! The goal scorers were Jordan Ormsby 2, Shakru Lumu, Joshua Ledwith and Dean Osman. Once details of the final are confirmed, parents and staff will be invited to attend so watch this space…
