GCSE Excellence at Harris Academy Beckenham
There’s a buzz of celebration at Harris Academy Beckenham today, where students have achieved an outstanding set of GCSE results.
These results mark a significant milestone for the school community, showcasing the talent, resilience and ambition of its young people and mirroring the amazing A level results achieved last week.
Harris Academy Beckenham students excelled across all areas with strong pass rates across many subjects, including a 100% pass rate in Biology, Physics and Chemistry. Overall, 83% of students achieved a grade 4 or above in both English Language and Maths.
Other standout performers from the Academy include:
- Arthur, who achieved seven grade 9s, one grade 8 and one grade 7.
- Verity, who achieved six grade 9s, three grade 8s and one grade 7.
- Nina, who achieved five grade 9s and six grade 8s.
- Linus, who achieved five grade 9s, three grade 8s, and one grade 7.
- Jason, who achieved five grade 9s, three grade 8s, and two grade 7s.
- Serena, who achieved three grade 9s, two grade 8s, three grade 7s, and one grade 6.
- Matilda, who achieved two grade 9s, three grade 8s, two grade 7s and one grade 6.
- Kyrylo, who achieved one grade 9, six grade 8s, two grade 7s, and one grade 6.
- Eden, who achieved one grade 9, six grade 8s, two grade 7s, and one grade 6.
